Carefully selected, excellent quality wheat is produced at world standards in completely computer-controlled, integrated, modern production facilities without human touch, CEM UN carries out continuous quality control before and during production, before and after packaging by expert teams in laboratories equipped with the world’s most advanced control devices. It is exported to various countries in an ever-increasing amount in 50Kg packages and competes with the major manufacturers of the world markets. Our company, which aims to institutionalize as the first company in our region with TSE and TS-EN-ISO-9001:2000 quality assurance system, produces at world standards with the brand “CEM UN”. In order to assure the quality, it is monitored in the quality control laboratory from the purchase of raw materials to the dispatch of the product. With our well-equipped R&D laboratory and R&D studies, the production of Pastry, Yufka, Luxury Bread and French Bakery flours is being developed.
