The opening meeting of Gaziantep Food Cluster UR-GE Project, initiated by GSO, was held via video conference within the scope of UR-GE Project.
The opening meeting of Gaziantep Food Cluster UR-GE Project was held for the first time over the video conference system within the scope of the Support for the Development of International Competitiveness (UR-GE) Project initiated by the Gaziantep Chamber of Industry (GSO).
20 companies participated in the meeting where Hüseyin Tekgüç and Gökhan Erol, representatives of İnovakademi Danışmanlık gave information about the UR-GE project.
At the meeting, evaluations were made on the needs analysis methodology and the “Virtual Trade Committee”, which is planned to be created specifically for the UR-GE project, project activities and the path to be followed.
At the end of the needs analysis, detailed information was given about how to determine the countries where foreign marketing activities will be carried out and how to market the products produced by the companies.
Within the scope of the UR-GE projects carried out with 75% support within the scope of the Communique of the Ministry of Commerce on Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness No. 2010/8, it is aimed to determine a 36-month roadmap and to organize the project activities according to this roadmap.
With the project, companies will be supported in matters such as promotion, training, consultancy, overseas marketing, procurement committee activities, employment support and individual consultancy, thereby increasing their international competitiveness.
